Share Staff Meeting

Manaiakalani organised a 'Share' meeting for all of schools to share their teacher inquiry for the year. This was a great opportunity to connect with other colleagues and see what they were focusing on for the year. We were placed in groups according to our subject focus. This meant I was with other teachers who were targeting their reading practice. 

This meeting went very well and there was a lot of support and ideas shared by other teachers. We were able to bounce ideas off of one another and share our experiences in our reading practice. Greg and I were the only ones in our group that decided to incorporate extended discussion in our practice.
